How long is a typical lease term?
It depends on the property you are inquiring about. Generally, apartments require a minimum 6 month lease term and most homes require a minimum  1 year lease term.

 

How do I apply for a D&S property?

Just fill out this application and drop it off at the appropriate location for the property for which you are applying.

 

How long does it take to get approved?

In most cases, only 24 hours. It all depends on how quickly we get a response from the other parties involved.

What are the qualification to lease a D&S property?

Qualifications for Approval:
At least 6 months verifiable employment history & rental history 
Verifiable income, parties applying must earn three times the amount of monthly rental amount
Pass a background check 
Pass a credit check

Can I write a check for my rent?

After the first month's rent and security deposit are paid, Sure. The first month's rent is required to be in certified funds only.

Yes, for an additional fee.

No, D&S does not actually own any of its properties. It is affiliated with many equity partnership groups that own property.
