No, D&S does not actually own any of its properties, It is affiliated with many equity partnership groups that own property.

Yes, D&S has experience in processing hazard insurance claims on all types of real property.

 

Will D&S pay my mortgage payments?

Yes, We can deduct payments for your mortgage, insurance, taxes, etc. directly from revenues received from your property.

 

How do you screen potential tenants?

D&S uses guidelines that are determined together with you, the owner, and D&S, the manager. Of course, the fundamentals are always covered though: Sufficient Credit, Employment, Income, etc., as well as a Background Check.

 

How will I receive my check and reports?

That's up to you! D&S caters to whichever method suits your lifestyle the best. Whether it's online or through the mail, we've got you covered.

 

What type of property management software do you use?

D&S uses Yardi SystemsŪ, some of the most recognized property management software on the market today.

 

How large or small are the properties that D&S manages?

D&S manages everything from single garage apartments to large apartment communities with staff onsite .

 

Can D&S handle the management of a property that requires employees on-site?

Yes, D&S employs staffs with everything from Leasing Agents, Managers, Maintenance and Housekeeping.

 

Will D&S handle my evictions if needed?

Absolutely!  D&S will handle all eviction proceedings from start to finish.

 

Does D&S charge to lease my property?

Yes. D&S charges leasing fees appropriate to your property. Please contact us to determine what the leasing fees would be on your property.

 

Will D&S take care of maintenance and, if so, how much will it cost?

D&S will perform maintenance that is suited to your property for the lowest possible expense. D&S employs its own maintenance technicians and sometimes contracts work out for specific jobs. Contact D&S to find out more.
