payments?

Yes, We can deduct payments for your
mortgage, insurance, taxes, etc. directly from revenues received from your

How do you screen potential
tenants?

D&S uses guidelines that
are determined together with you, the owner, and D&S, the manager. Of course, the
fundamentals are always covered though: Sufficient Credit, Employment,
Income, etc., as well as a Background Check.

possible expense. D&S employs its own maintenance technicians and
