combined experience. We currently manage and maintain over 4,000 units,
including single-family homes, duplexes, multi-family apartments and
commercial buildings. Our area of operation covers the entire Oklahoma
City metro, from Edmond to Norman, and from Yukon to the Mid-Del area, as
well as the Tulsa area. In addition, we serve the entire DFW Metroplex. |

process if needed. We do not utilize attorneys unless required by law.
- Comprehensive capital
replacement reserve budget plans and the staff/resources to expedite
those budget plans, 1 year / 3 year / 5 year plans available.

construction management programs available for projects ranging from
single-unit refurbishing to full rehabilitation.
